According to § 7 p.1 Telemediengesetz (TMG) we are responsible as a service provider for our own information, which we hold for use, according to the general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are not obligated to monitor your transmitted or stored information or to investigate circumstances that indicate an illegal activity.
